FinScend automates the credit card dispute resolution process for service-related issues so that there is a level-playing field where cardholders are better positioned to recoup lost assets, and banks can reduce processing time and costs.
Our technology will improve a bank’s bottom line by reducing head count otherwise dedicated to dispute resolution. By choosing the correct dispute code and by providing the relevant supporting documents, it will expedite the bank’s processing of the dispute.
