His best known toy invention "Candy Bubbles" are soap bubbles you can actually catch on your tongue and eat after you have blown them into the air.  Nearly 20 Million units have been sold since their introduction ten years ago.  In The U.S. candy bubbles were marketed by Hasbro first, and then by Spinmaster Toys.

Broshi returned to school in 1999, working towards a Ph.D. at  Amsterdam University  in Psychophysics.  In 2003 he returned to Israel.

In 2006, Broshi founded Alfabetic, and as its CEO developed state of the art computer translation and related web applications.  Alfabetic was nominated as one of the 50 "hottest" high-tech start ups in the world in 2008 at "Techrunch 50" in San Francisco.  In 2009 Alfabetic was sold to Whitesmoke Inc., an Israeli company in the field of English writing technologies, with a focus on products that enhance and correct grammar, spelling, and writing style.  Broshi joined Whitesmoke as Director of Translation Technologies.
